Challenge
For ComplexCon 2025 in Las Vegas, Chase Freedom created an immersive Cash Back Courts activation and exclusive VIP lounge designed to engage cardholders through basketball, culture, and entertainment.
The challenge was to capture the full experience in a way that showcased the scale of the activation, highlighted key talent moments, and created a strong library of social-first content throughout the weekend.
Approach
We were brought on by Chase Freedom to lead photography and video capture across the Cash Back Courts activation and VIP lounge.
Our team documented the full event experience, including cardholder interactions, prize opportunities, and appearances from surprise guests such as CLIPSE, A’ja Wilson, and more.
We also captured moments from A’ja Wilson’s meet-and-greet, along with the release of an exclusive Chase Freedom merchandise collaboration with Awake NY that was gifted to cardholders during the event.
Throughout the weekend, we focused on creating dynamic, in-the-moment photo and video assets designed specifically for social, balancing polished brand storytelling with the energy and spontaneity of ComplexCon.
Results
The final content brought the Chase Freedom experience at ComplexCon to life across social, showcasing the Cash Back Courts activation, VIP lounge, talent appearances, exclusive merchandise, and cardholder moments from throughout the weekend.
The resulting photo and video library extended the impact of the event beyond Las Vegas, giving Chase Freedom a range of engaging assets that connected audiences to the energy of ComplexCon and the exclusive experiences available to cardholders.
