Challenge
For its 50th anniversary, Starbucks set out to celebrate and recognize its store partners across North America with a large-scale product initiative. The challenge was to execute a high-volume rollout—maintaining quality, consistency, and timely delivery across thousands of locations.
Approach
We partnered with Starbucks to support sourcing and production for a large-scale merchandise program tied to the anniversary.
Our team produced over 350,000 commemorative shirts and 300,000 tasting mugs—managing vendor coordination, production logistics, and quality control to ensure consistency at scale.
The program required seamless coordination across manufacturing and distribution to support delivery to more than 10,000 store locations across the U.S. and Canada.
Results
The initiative successfully delivered over 650,000 products to Starbucks partners, creating a unified moment of recognition across North America.
Through precise execution at scale, the program reinforced Starbucks’ commitment to its partners—ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across thousands of locations.
