PRODUCTION

FULFILLMENT

Challenge

For Starbucks Leadership Conference 2025 in Las Vegas, the goal was to create a cohesive merchandise experience for thousands of attendees while managing the complexity of a large-scale, multi-item program. Every piece needed to arrive complete, organized, and ready for distribution before check-in.

Approach

We partnered with Starbucks to handle merchandise production, fabrication, kitting, shipping, and fulfillment for the conference swag program.

Each backpack included a curated assortment of items, including apparel, drinkware, journals, playing cards, rally towels, handheld fans, buttons, stickers, enamel pins, and more. We produced 15,000 units of each item and coordinated the full kitting process to ensure every attendee received a complete, consistent package.

From production through final delivery, the program required detailed vendor management, quality control, and logistical coordination across a wide range of product categories.

Results

The program delivered 15,000 fully assembled swag kits in time for attendee check-in, creating a seamless merchandise experience from the moment guests arrived.

More than just giveaways, the products helped shape the visual and cultural environment of the conference, giving attendees tangible pieces of the experience to use, wear, and take home.
