Challenge
As the Valkyries prepared to introduce Violet, their newly hatched mascot, the team and partner DoorDash needed a way to quickly build personality and fan connection. The challenge was to launch Violet as a lovable, authentic character while delivering entertaining, partner-integrated content that felt native to social.
Approach
We created a three-part mukbang-style content series that positioned Violet as an honorary member of the Valkyries. Pairing Violet with player Kate Martin and team MC Ari Waller, each episode featured food from a different SF restaurant available on DoorDash. We developed the format and produced interview-style conversations centered on playful prompts while seamlessly integrating DoorDash.
Results
The series successfully established Violet's personality as silly and sweet, driving strong engagement and positive fan response across social. The content delivered value for DoorDash through organic integration, strengthened the Valkyries' partner ecosystem, and created a repeatable format for future mascot-led storytelling.
