Challenge

To help kick off the FIFA World Cup 2026, Starbucks developed a global activation designed to celebrate the tournament across markets around the world.

The challenge was to source, produce, fulfill, and coordinate the logistics for more than six million sleeves across dozens of international markets while maintaining consistency and accuracy across a large number of country-specific designs, all within a tight two-month timeframe.

Approach

We partnered with Starbucks to support the sourcing, production, fulfillment, and logistics for a global activation celebrating the World Cup.

The campaign included 48 unique country and market designs spanning both U.S. and international executions. In total, we helped produce 6,112,319 custom neoprene reusable sleeves, which were used as an in-store gift-with-purchase activation across more than 33 markets.

Our team coordinated production and distribution across 16,393 U.S. locations and international markets spanning 33 countries, managing the complexity of a large-scale global rollout on an accelerated timeline.Across each stage of the project, we worked to ensure every sleeve was produced accurately, delivered efficiently, and ready to launch as part of the broader campaign.

Results

The program brought the Starbucks World Cup sleeve campaign to life on a global scale, reaching every Starbucks location in the United States and stores across several international markets.

With more than 6.1 million sleeves produced across 48 designs, the rollout created a highly visible customer touchpoint that connected fans and communities around the world to the energy and excitement of the FIFA World Cup 2026.
